Hey! Just a quick break down on who I am...
I came into the business in 2008 from a family that has been practicing real estate for over 35 years. Both of my parents & many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins are in the business as well. I started of my career working for my parents and quickly became a real estate trainer with my knowledge and passion in technology. I was able to assist my parents building their website, directing web traffic and generating 100's of buyer leads every month this way.
From this point is where I started to use Social Media (Facebook & YouTube) to draw in Agents from outside brokerages for training that we would recruit.
From here I decided to branch off and start my own Real Estate Firm for a few years. While I was very successful recruiting and selling real estate simultaneously I made the decision to shutdown my office and focus on my production - leaving the recruiting side of the business. I was able to start selling dozens of properties per year.
My Specialities include First Time Buyers, Move Up & Empty Nester Seller, Multi-Family Acquisitions & 1031 Exchanges and now more recently, Relocation - having been through this process fist hand.
